Why Life Should Be Savored One Moment at a Time

Time is a such a weird and funny thing. It goes by so quickly and so slowly.  Some days are shorter and longer than others.  Time is not an accurate measure of looking at the worth of a person's life.

I choose to measure my life by its moments. Some moments last a day. Some last a minute. They all exist as memories in my mind that I cherish forever.

Time is something we never get more of. No matter what happens in our life, our time is limited.

Time is a gift. Giving someone our time is really special. When someone spends their time with me, it's as if this person is saying, "I'm choosing to spend this part of my life with you that I'll never get back because you are that awesome."

Fortunately, I don't know how much time I have left in this world.  I don't want to spend too much time thinking about it. Until then, I'm going to enjoy my moments.  I'm going to savor every sip of coffee, cherish every conversation, and be as present in the present moment as I possibly can.
