Always Be Moving Forward

I can admit it. Sometimes I feel overwhelmed. Even though I consider myself to be a pretty productive person, every once in a while, I’ve felt the paralysis of having too much to do and not enough time, energy, or resources to take care of it all.

One key thing that I have to remind myself is to not get stuck. It’s okay to get in a rut (it happens to everybody), but it’s not okay to stay there. No matter what, it’s important for me to push myself forward.

Moving forward simply means to make progress. It doesn’t have to be a lot. Little progress is better than no progress. It also means to not dwell on the past and focus on the future.

Making progress or moving forward looks different for everyone. It depends on your personality, past experiences, and urgent situation. It could look like getting up and taking action on something you’ve been putting off or reaching out for help.

Whatever the context is, you need to aim to always move forward towards your goals and dreams.
