- Eleanor Roosevelt
You, more than anyone else in the world, know who you are. No one knows more about you than you. You’re the expert of yourself.
If other people have told you otherwise, that you’re less than you value yourself to be or are something you’re not, know that they’re wrong. It may hurt, but they’re wrong. They may seem right (even to other people), but they’re still wrong.
You know it. Trust me.
Understanding that they’re wrong (for whatever reason) because you know it deep down inside is your shield from that type of negativity. Don’t let yourself internalize those lies and falsehoods.
You are awesome and you know it.
