You can do anything if you believe you can and work hard to accomplish it. Having a positive "can-do" attitude is influential to yourself and the people around you. Inversely, the same goes for the opposite attitude.

Believing that you aren't good enough or that you aren't capable handicaps you. It's self-sabotage. Sometimes you don't even realize it.

Believing that you're not good enough for a promotion or not compatible to be in a relationship hurts. It may never be a subtle pain, but it's still not good for you. Believing that a graduate degree is out of reach or having a physically fit body is unattainable slowly sucks the life out of your soul.

Stop it. Now.

You are more than you think you are. You can do much more than other people say. You shape your abilities simply with what you believe. You're that powerful.

Keep believing that you can.
